RULES & REGULATIONS :
To maintain discipline and high academic standards, the following rules are strictly observed:
Parent–Teacher Meeting (PTM)
PTM will be conducted once every month.
Dates will be communicated via SMS, Website, and Office Notice Board.
Fee Policy
Fee Deadline: as per fee payment schedule (Cash/Cheque)
Late Fee Fine: ₹100 per day (after grace period)
Student Safety Guidelines
Parents are requested to ensure that students (especially girls) wait inside the institute premises and not on the road.
The institute shall not be responsible for any incident occurring outside the premises.
Vehicle Policy
Due to limited parking space, students are advised not to bring personal vehicles.
Updated Contact Information
Parents must inform the institute of any change in contact number for smooth communication during emergencies.
Discipline & Conduct
Students may be expelled for:
* Misbehavior or misconduct
* Indiscipline
* Consistently poor academic performance
Administrative Rights
The institute reserves the right to modify or amend its rules and policies at any time. These rules must be strictly followed by all students and their parents.
Note: The Management's decision shall be final and binding in all matters.
